I'm having problems with the website, what should I do?
- We recommend you use the Chrome browser.
- Firefox, Safari and Edge should also work.
- There are known problems with Internet Explorer - we strongly recommend using another browser.
- Try disabling your adblocker if you have one.
- If you're having trouble logging in, make sure you enter your email address in lowercase.
- If none of these work, contact us via the chat at the bottom of the page.
The video isn't autoplaying
- The video should start playing automatically, however some browsers block this behaviour.
- For Firefox see these instructions.
- If you're still having problems, we recommend using Chrome.
I'm having audio issues
- Use headphones where possible to reduce audio feedback.
The event should've started, but I only see a holding page?
- The event start might be delayed - keep an eye out for notifications at the bottom of the screen.
- Event times are displayed in UK local time unless you have changed your time zone within your profile.
- Try refreshing the page.
