I'm having problems with the website, what should I do?
We recommend you use the Chrome browser.
Firefox, Safari and Edge should also work.
There are known problems with Internet Explorer - we strongly recommend using another browser.
Try disabling your adblocker if you have one.
If you're having trouble logging in, make sure you enter your email address in lowercase.
If none of these work, contact us via the chat at the bottom of the page.
The video isn't autoplaying
The video should start playing automatically, however some browsers block this behaviour.

I'm having audio issues
Use headphones where possible to reduce audio feedback.
The event should've started, but I only see a holding page?
The event start might be delayed - keep an eye out for notifications at the bottom of the screen.
Event times are in UK local time, so make sure you have the correct time.
Try refreshing the page.
